JOB TITLE: INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

Job type: Permanent, Full time

Location: Within a commutable distance of Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

Salary: £18-22k basic, £37k OTE

Preamble:

Market Dojo is a young, dynamic and growing entrepreneurial company. We develop and sell innovative web applications to procurement professionals all over the world.

You will be integral to our small team working alongside the three co-founders. We will train you in core skills to accelerate your career path. You will be trained in sales, marketing and you will gain experience in product development and business operations. This role can grow in line with your capabilities.

Job Purpose:

Generate new sales, secure renewals and develop growth within our client base. This will primarily be managed via the phone although there will be opportunities for working in the field.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales
  • Qualify and follow up inbound leads
  • Give web demos to prospective clients
  • Generate new software sales across all products
  • Account management of existing clients to secure renewals and develop growth business.
  • Supporting marketing team to develop and improve lead generation
  • Generating leads and appointments through proactive outbound prospecting
  • Assist with trade shows and marketing campaigns

Person Specification

  • Own a car with a clean and valid driving licence
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Creative with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to quickly build relationships
  • Of an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Passionate about technology
  • Confident presentational skills
  • Show resilience with rejection
  • A competitive streak
  • Need to be eligible to work in the UK

Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who is a graduate or has work experience in either procurement, sales or software.
