Alun and Nick are two of the three co-founders of Market Dojo. Alongside Nic Martin they saw an opportunity in the procurement world to help buyers with negotiating (via reverse auctions), by creating an easy to use, on-demand platform.

In 2010, Alun and Nick were working together helping companies to reduce costs, specifically, by managing eAuctions with their suppliers. It is here they unearthed the opportunity to help purchasing professionals carry out their activities themselves, in-house, through easy to use software. With the help of Nic, they developed the initial product.
The Market Dojo solution has continued to evolve bringing buyers and supplier engagement online through on-demand tools and enterprise solutions. Together they have created a platform for buyers, managers and CPO’s to manage their supplier interaction and negotiate effectively in a single centralised solution.
